Dans le cadre de son expansion, Cycling Sports Group recherche un collaborateur pour son bureau situé à Bâle, en Suisse pour un poste de représentant de service à la clientèle pour les marques Cannondale, GT et Sugoï.

Customer Service Representative

Key accountabilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication for retailers and consumers through various communication channels and platforms: phone, email, B2B
  • Achieve and maintain indicated communication service levels
  • Customer database maintenance
  • Maintenance of customer and order related administration
  • Country level commercial support:
    • Assist in the achievement of all commercial targets
    • Communicate current offers and maximize on sales opportunities
    • Sales related reporting (daily)
    • Provide appropriate technical solutions based on incoming requests according to the internal responsiveness goals (phone calls and e-mails).
    • Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business
  • Assist and participate on local and European wide tradeshows and events
  • Assist in translation and proofreading of all language specific communication materials
  • Responsible for service related consumer communication
  • Back up of other retail related service departments
  • Maintain positive open lines of communication with Company management and other departments in order to contribute to a smooth flow of information and efficient operation of the organization

  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Follows internal controls and company policies as set by company and job function.
  • Contributes to the success of company by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned

Education and experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of experience in a customer service environment
  • 2-3 years working experience in a service related environment
  • Proven customer relationship and service skills
  • Initial experience in the sports industry, previous experience in a customer-service environment
  • Good technical knowledge of bicycles and cycling apparel & accessories
  • Experience with SAP

We are looking for a fast learning, proactive and resourceful person, willing to assume responsibilities. Service and customer orientated communication should come naturally to you.

Essential for the position are good verbal and written English skills. Also a must is a native speaker in French. A 3rd language is a pre. Requirements also include flexibility, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills.
